We have consulted and worked with large and small businesses in a variety of

Producing Sales Results

Situation: A start-up telecommunications firm had no recognized name in the
marketplace, yet the firm had top industry "know how," innovative equipment, and
market intelligence. We were enlisted to establish a sales strategy and sales team
to market their product and services to a select target market based upon their
market intelligence.

Results: A sales team was developed and deployed in their home market targeted
to address qualifying leads extracted from the firm's marketing intelligence. In just 6
months they were the market leader in their home area. We helped them target
additional geographical markets and deployed sales teams in these markets. In 3
years the start-up had exceeded their revenue projections and was an established
leader in 4 of the 6 markets they entered.


Innovative Marketing Collateral

Situation: A global company introduced its intranet system but was not having much
success in getting its employees to understand and use the system. Numerous
flyers, training sessions, online tutorials had been tried, but still few used the
system to communicate.

Results: We worked with the Communications Department and recommended
developing a mouse pad that included basic logon instructions and the home page
as a give away to employees. The program was such a success in the states, the
pads were requested globally by divisions that attended meetings and saw the
product. Communications and usage increased significantly.


Creating a Marketing Solution

Situation: A school district had a program to turn used computers into refurbished
products that could be passed out to disadvantaged students in their district. The
district needed a plan that would help them reach corporations to donate their used
and old equipment for their refurbishing program.

Results: We developed creative collateral material including a fun mascot to speak
for their program. In addition a direct mail postcard campaign was developed and
deployed. The campaign was targeted to CIOs in major corporate firms in the area.
In addition we partnered the district with a Public Relations firm to identify
opportunities for free publicity for their program on television, radio and local papers.
Finally, posters were created and printed for use in the schools, at the refurbishing
center and for use with trade shows. Results were tracked on a board at the school
district and everyone was solicited to help "sell" the program.  The results were an
overflow of computers, monitors and peripheral to the district for their program.
